Jerrett House, a converted apartment building, was the first campus house dedicated to study and reserved for women students. It housed approximately 20 students. In 1980, Jerrett House made history as the first co-ed student residence on campus, when male students moved into the first floor apartments.
Jerrett was retired as a student residence in Fall 2008 due to the construction of Condron Hall.
