||Keating House is named in memory of Robert J. and Flora S. Keating. Timlin House honors Most Rev. James C. Timlin, D. D., who served as Bishop of Scranton from 1984-2003.

The Mulberry Plaza complex includes four three-story townhouses that house approximately 140 students. Each townhouse provides a mix of duplex and flat-style apartments with one to six bedrooms. To date, only two of the townhouses have been named: Keating House and Timlin House. The Mulberry Apartments were recognized by the Boston Society of Architecture in their 2002 Housing Design Awards Program.
